Main & Archer RFP
Pursuant to the provisions of 65 ILCS 5/11-74.4-4 (c), the Village of Lemont is requesting proposals for the acquisition and development of approximately 16.53 acres of real property located at the northwest corner of IL-83 and Main Street in Lemont, Illinois, which is owned by the Village and located within the Main & Archer TIF Redevelopment Project Area.
All proposals shall describe the proposed development of the property, including specific uses proposed, proposed zoning changes including variations, a site plan showing the estimated size and footprint of buildings and improvements to be located on the property, a statement and explanation as to whether the development or any use thereon is anticipated to result in the property, or any portion thereof, being exempt from real estate taxation, a timetable for purchase and development (including phases thereof), the acquisition price (if any), the method of financing and the identification of any lender, and the terms of any proposed redevelopment agreement, including any anticipated requests for reimbursement for eligible redevelopment project costs. In the event a subdivision is proposed, the proposal shall roughly depict property lines of the lots subdivided on the site plan.
One (1) original paper hard copy and one (1) PDF electronic copy on a flash drive or CD must be delivered to 418 Main Street, Lemont, IL 60439, and received by 4:00 p.m. on Friday, November 15, 2019.
