Health Inspections

All establishments that serve food products are required to have two health inspections per year. View the Health Inspection Form and the Food Service Sanitation Code for more information.

Every five years, the Food Sanitation Manager Certificate needs to be renewed. To learn how to obtain certification or re-certification, view the University of Illinois Department of Food Science and Human Nutrition website.
