The Building Department Web Menu is a new feature giving residents and contractors the ability to download permit and license applications, search for licensed contractors and check real time status of permits and inspections. 

This site is connected with the Building Department's License, Inspections and Permits System software (LIPS) and is updated in real time as information is entered or updated in the Building Department.  This includes permit information, contractor registration, contractor listings and permit and licensing applications.  Certified RPZ testers are also listed on this site in the Contractor Lists section.
