Village Board Strategic Plan - 2013
On January 30, 2012 the Village of Lemont embarked on a strategic planning effort with the assistance of the Center for Governmental Studies at Northern Illinois University.  Over the subsequent six months the Mayor, Village Board, Village Clerk, Village Administrator and senior staff worked together to develop a strategic plan for the three-year period 2013-2015.   The plan is intended to set the Board's vision for the next several years utilizing goals, objectives and performance indicators.
