The Finance Department is responsible for financial matters within the Village.  The department has the following major functions:  Cash Receipts, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll, Cash Management, Police Pension, Budgeting, and Fixed Assets.  The department also prepares the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report on an annual basis.
