River Street Parking Garage Repair – Phase II
Begins Monday, May 11

Repair work will begin in the parking garage located at 310 River Street on Monday, May 11, weather permitting, and is expected to last approximately three weeks. 

Due to the scope of the repairs, the garage will be closed to vehicle parking. Residents will continue to have access to the elevators and stairwells. All vehicles, including non-operating vehicles, must be removed before Sunday, May 10.  Any vehicles left in the garage will be towed. 

During the garage closure, residents are encouraged to park along River Street, in Metra lots, Front Street, Stephen Street and Athens Park (see map). On street parking time limits and Metra lot parking fees will be waived at these locations for the duration of the project. 

Designated ADA parking will be located on Front Street, in parking stalls adjacent to the Front Street Lofts property, to provide accessible parking.
