Water/Sewer Payment
Water-Sewer Account Portal

•  Existing Payment Portal User:
If you have set up a User Profile, 
click on the Water/Sewer Account Portal link above.

•  New Payment Portal User:
If you DO NOT have a User Profile: To create a User Profile, you will need your water/sewer bill account number, your name as it appears on your bill (in all caps), and an email address.  After your user profile is established, you will receive a link in your email to confirm your enrollment. You will then be able to view your bill, complete a one-time payment, setup AutoPayment, and view account history.

•  AutoPayment by Credit Card or eCheck:  

There are two options for AutoPayment:

•  Debit/Credit Card (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, or Visa)
•  eCheck (ABN/RTN number and Account number)

NOTE:  Grandfathered AutoPayment customers who enrolled in a bank draft AutoPayment with an "Authorized Agreement for AutoPayment" will continue to have AutoPayment with the bank draft AutoPayment system. Bank Draft AutoPayment customers will NOT have access to enter new automatic payment information on the portal.

Grandfathered AutoPayment customers will need to cancel their bank draft automatic payment method before switching to the new systems.

•  Pay One Time Now or Schedule A Payment Later by Credit Card or eCheck

The online payment portal allows residents to schedule their payments in advance or make a single payment with a credit card or eCheck.  In addition, the online portal allows residents the ability to manage one-time or reoccurring eCheck payments, which are similar to bank draft.

Downtown Parking Permit Registration

Overnight parking in the Village Parking Garage. Only residents living in the Downtown District are eligible. IF YOU ARE A RESIDENT OF THE FRONT STREET LOFTS, THIS HANG TAG WOULD BE FOR ANY ADDITIONAL VEHICLES. Your primary vehicle should be parked in the HOA-assigned parking stall.

Miscellaneous Bills

These are charges for services that the Village has provided at a level above and beyond the standard practice (police services, false alarms, weed cutting, etc). If you wish to pay a miscellaneous bill online, you must first create an online account. Listed below is a set of instructions designed to help residents with this process.
