Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Compliance Coordinator

Senate Bill 133 was passed by the Illinois State Assembly Spring 2010 and signed into law by the Governor. This law mandates that all municipalities in suburban Cook County post its ADA Coordinator's contact information on its Village website. The purpose for this legislation is to make this information readily accessible to Village residents with disabilities so that they can contact their ADA coordinator should they encounter accessibility issues in the Village.
