LIGHT UP THE HOLIDAY SEASON! After a few hours of fun, meet us at 5:00 PM on Canal Street for the annual lighting of the Village of Lemont Holiday Tree! Join Santa Claus, Archie the Lemontster, and their friends for a joyful tree lighting ceremony.
Stick around after the tree lighting from 5-8 PM to enjoy the holiday lights with a free tractor ride.
Tractor rides will pick up and drop off on Front Street.

'Tis the season for giving. Make sure that every child has a winter hat, coats, gloves, and a few toys this season.
Fill the Tractors for Toys wagons with new toys and winter apparel to meet the needs of children in our local community. Donations will be accepted on Saturday, December 6 at Target Plaza, Pete's Market Plaza from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., and at Hometown Holiday at The Bridge Lemont from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Families in need: Please go to https://lemonttractorclub.org/event-list to register, or for any questions, please email Lemont Tractor Club at lemonttractorclub@gmail.com to register and reserve a time to pick up donations. Note: You must schedule a pick-up time. Deadline to register is Wednesday, December 10.

'Tis the season for giving! Make sure that every child has a winter hat, coat, gloves, and a few toys this season! Join the Lemont Tractor Club, Lemont Lions Club, Lemont Public Library, United Sertoma Lemont Charter and American Family Insurance–Anthony Chirarito & Associates, Inc. in this effort.
Donations will be accepted on NEW, UNWRAPPED toys for all ages as well as coats, hats, gloves, and scarves at the following locations on Saturday, December 6.
• Target Plaza – 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
• Pete's Market Plaza – 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
• Hometown Holiday – Downtown Lemont, The Bridge – 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Ice & Lights Fest
Help us ring in the new year with our 6th Annual Ice & Lights Fest! Embrace the season of snow, ice and our holiday lights in Lemont Downtown. Enjoy ice carving displays all around the downtown! Shop, dine, and engage with the festive holiday lights and beautiful ice sculptures!
THE DETAILS
- Over 20 ice sculptures sponsored by businesses will be on display on Saturday, January 17, 2026, and will remain on display until they melt away. (Ice carving location map will be added when available.)
From 4:00 - 6:00 p.m. activities taking place on Canal Street:
- Join Nate Johnson of Johnson Studios Ice Sculptures for a 2-ice block LIVE carving demonstration by Peterson Park on Canal Street. It's audience choice and vote, so come with your ideas of what you want to see!

Watch the Fire Performers heat things up!
- Roast Marshmallows with the Lemont Firefighters
WHERE TO PARK (See Maps Via the Links Below)
Abundant parking is located in the north Metra Lot and in the River Street parking garage. Peterson Parking lot will be closed for event activities. There are public bathrooms at the Metra Station and at Canal Center (Safety Village). In addition, port-a-potties will be located on Canal Street near Peterson Park.
ROAD CLOSURES
Canal Street will be CLOSED from Lemont Street to Ed Bossert Street.

All of the Village of Lemont's public parking lots will be available for this event. There are public bathrooms at the Metra Station and at Safety Village. In addition, port-a-potties will be located on Front Street near the light display by Next Mex.
